2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7 to 12 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination

Express Shipping (where available)

  • Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Note: Shipping time does not include processing time. Delays may occur due to customs or local carriers.


3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to begin showing.


5. Customs & Duties

  • Other countries: You are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by your local customs office

6. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@wayofjesus.co. Be sure to include:

We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


7. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We cannot offer replacements or refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses unless the error was made by us.
